What does the free scan include?
One scan on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity: your share of answers, who gets named instead of you, and three things to fix. The same request shows the earlier result for 30 days.
What do I get in the paid plans?
An automatic scan of your businesses every week with 6 customer questions on each assistant, the history of every scan, and an email after each scan with your score, what changed and the competitors ahead of you.
How many businesses can I track?
Small Business: 1 business. Agency: up to 25 businesses or client locations, with one dashboard for all of them. Agencies may pass the reports on to their clients.
How does payment work?
Through Paddle. You pay in Paddle's checkout window; we never see your payment details. Billing is monthly in advance.
How do I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the paid month, under “Billing” in the dashboard or by email. Nothing is charged after that.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. When you move from Small Business to Agency, Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the month.
What about refunds and withdrawal?
Consumers in the EU, the EEA and Switzerland can withdraw from the first payment within 14 days. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. The details are in the terms (AGB), section 5, which are in German.
Do you promise better rankings?
No. We show what the assistants answered at the time of the scan and give advice on what you can improve. Answers differ by person, place and day.
